I threw out my problem to the forums and got a lot of great suggestions. Most interesting is always eat back your exercised calories. If I stay the same for three weeks I should lower my calories.
I read the long fibre thread and took notes, more great ideas. This place is a wealth of info of all kinds.
So I may be on a plateau but I am looking thinner and thinner every day. So I guess that works for me too. Today is the day to start my push up challenge. 5,000 for the year. OK here I go.
