170.0 this morning. that is a slight backslide but maybe it was because I ate in the middle of the night. And since I haven't slept well it's hard to consider doing anything strenuous. But THIF !!

Hi Kathy, I eat late at night.... I don't sleep well alot of nights... don't push yourself with the exercise... just do the best you can... we all have days where we are depleted... it's best to listen to your body. I hope you have a good weekend. I just looked at your profile, and I'm close in age...but I thought from your photo you were in your 30's.....I think this whole weight loss thing takes us a little longer at our age too.... take care, Arlene
