oupps - up 300 calories over limit. But still holding steady. I guess a very limited cal overrun is probably ok... in the big picture. Now a 1,000 cal over run is serious and will load on a pound in one day. Saw that happen in Christmas day.Sunday, January 18th 2009

i have been eating very healthy. Hadn't even realized it until not so healthy food showed up at work. I indulged and immediately lost my energy and got very very sleepy. Interesting lesson. Haven't gone too far over my calories... but I'm about to have an inauguration beer... yes light beer.Thursday, January 15th 2009

Missed the faculty meeting. But I am still not well. Missing two out of three thins (which are push ups and punches).
