I am painting the hallway in my building and it is catching up with me and slowly carving off the pounds. I am painting about two hours a day on the weekdays...and I am not logging that exercise. Eating back exercise is not working. I have stayed at the same weight for 5-6 weeks now.
Found this advice on one of the running forums: I should try this regarding eating back calories:
Anything less than an hour I do not take in any caloires while training. 60-90 minutes maybe 100 calories 90-120 minutes 200-300 calories and if I am going over 3 hours then I try to take in about 200 calories an hour.
