All this stress in the last month and I have only gained 4 pounds. I think that is a good result.

Just watched the video with your brother in it. Very interesting, I am sorry to say that I haven't kept up with the news lately. Are they back on the ground? You must get some great pictures from him. So cool.
On the weight gain, 4 lbs are easy enough to lose. It sounds like you have had a rough time lately.
