My experiment

Friday, December 26th 2008

Well I let myself go over on the calories on Christmas day and today I am up to 173.0. So off to the gym to see what happens. How hard will it be to get it off again? Is it just water? I didn't eat enough to gain one pound.

Wednesday, December 24th 2008

Did a weigh in and the CK program reminded me that I hit my intermediate goal weight. So set a new one! Hey can't I just bask in the glory for even an hour? Before getting back in the saddle?
Well I set a new intermediate weight - the one...
