Well, weigh in went as I expected as I haven't been able to go and workout because the place has been closed for maintenance. While I haven't lost any weight, I haven't gained any either. Starting on Monday I will be going to a new place to work out that has better equipment and prices, also more hours to choose from. The only real challenge will be figuring out calories burned as most of the machines don't tell, so hoping to find something online to give me some idea.
