What a nice thing to find in my inbox, especially after sleeping for hours and waking up so out of it that I couldn't tel iff it was night still or morning, LOL! Thank you for the praise and encuragement, it is very needed. I know I don't blog that much (not near as much as I should) but it sure is nice to know that when I do, someone is listening. Most of my support and encouragement is here online so it really means alot to me! Take care and keep on keepin on!

You are so sweet, my surgery was farely easy. They found a tumor but it was benign (thank heavens). The pain is not too bad and I am working on keeping up the work to continue to lose the weight. Hope all is going well for you!! God bless!!
