The weather is getting quite warm here and my appetite is not very good. I am having a hard time finding enough food (good foods) to reach my caloric target and especially protein. This weather makes me so tired too. Just don't feel like eating.Saturday, March 24th 2007
Well, the end of week 2 and I lost a total of 8 lbs so far. Still not sleeping the greatest but getting about an hr more than I was, so hopefully it is a start. I wasn't able to do aquasize this past week as I was just so exhausted I was feeling sick. Praying that will get better now that my sleep meds have been increased. Got my diet back on track today but not my exercise. I saw my phsych and got meds changed around, Maybe will get some much needed sleep. I am quite over exhausted. Just so hard to concentrate on anything when I am feeling like this.Sunday, March 18th 2007
Well, Today was a good day...NOT. My diet is blown as we had dinner at my mom's and everything was higher in calories than expected. I haven't had a decent night's sleep in over two months and it is really beginning to show (I am so tired, crabby, and close to tears all the time). My disability has gotten the better of me and I cannot keep up with the housework anymore (especially when my husband leaves everything all over and now the place is out of control). Well I weighed in after my first week with calorieking and I have lost 5 lbs! While I am happy and praising the Lord here, they are telling me to up my caloric intake from 1810 cal per day, to 1860-1900cal per day! NO WAY! I can hardly get the 1810 cal into me! What do they want? me to start up with the junkfood again?! I am doing my best and doing my exercises (to the point of hardly being able to move the next day), and they want more of that too!
