Well, today I am triple booked and very busy. I have a meeting this evening and I am wondering how in the world I am going to get to the gym. I am upset w/ myself since I had intended on diong my usual am Cardio, but I guess I overslept. (Stupid rebelling tired brain!) But, no bothers since I weighed in and lost 2 pounds. Which means I am back on track. Done well avoiding the carbs this week. Drinking my water. Only 1 diet pepsi this week. VICTORY!

But, I have this problem lifting my arms and breathing. I wonder if that's a problem. Ha Ha. Anyway, stupid trainer, stupid chest presses. But, it is a pain I can be proud of and not from being overweight and out of shape. Did 30 min on eliptical yesterday at level 3. Thought I might die, but woke up this am anyway. Yippee!

How to make a trainer giggle:
My trainer said I have really good balance and she was surprised at how well I did with core strenghth after not exercising much for 2 mo. I explained that I have been overweight since I was a kid, so you learn to balance or end up rolling around in gym class. It was bad enough as it was.

Plan for the day.....
1.Veggies, low fat diet, avoid carbs and lots of water.
2. I am wearing my pedometer, although frankly, it gets on my nerves. Ever notice how when you're fat and have that roll at your waist that the pedometer falls off when you bend over? Why don't they make them for the people that need them most? Hmmmmm.
3. Go to gym for at least 30 of Cardio. Don't want to. Will probably have to squeeze it in between work and board meeting this evening. Which means I will have to either shower or stink. Since I like the people I work with, I quess I'll shower. This time. They're on notice!
