Another day. I made it through another day. Recording, watching my diet and increasing my water intake. Worked out for 1 hour today w/ my trainer and it was HARD. But, I am so proud of myself for sticking w/ the exercise. I never thought I would lift weights and work so hard at exercise. It actually feels pretty good. I know that exercise is the one thing I've never done. I have done every diet and program and none of it has worked. Exercising and eating reasonably and making real lifestyle changes is what it is going to take to be healthy and lose the weight. 14 months and counting to my 40th. Now is the time. For me, my family and my friends.
