View SUPERSOONER's food & exercise for this day
So yesterday i learned or was reminded anyway that letting myself get too hungry leads to out of control eating. I ate a snack before working out, but my carb heavy lunch made me crash anyway when i worked out. Then I got home and was overly starved which led to cookie and candy. At least I was able to limit it. today i've done better, but didn't get to exercise since had to go to early meeting and sat all day in a class. So, in light of that I think I did ok. Should've skipped the Starbuck's which was too much calories. Have to learn to get the tall size and nothing bigger. Even w/ non-fat milk there are a lot of calories in there. Or I could be really smart and make my own coffee. Save calories and $$. I usually do, but Starbucks just seemed so yummy on the cold morning. At least I took the stairs on breaks at the meeting. So, that's a plus. Will try more tomorrow. Right now I am so sleepy, the girls and I are going to crawl in bed and watch a little TV and then night night. Should be working, but don't think I can. We'll see. The boys are out camping this weekend.
