View SUPERSOONER's food & exercise for this day

Today went well. Worked out at home in the morning 30min bike. Then, at gym 30min elliptical. ate healthy, wore pedometer and drank water. But, i didn't get in enough calories for that much activity and then got light headed after the gym, so ate almonds, felt better. Sometimes I get so frustrated that I have to pay attention to my food so much. It's like why do I have this problem. Why can't I be one of those people that can eat what they want and still be thin. But, when I look around my family I see that NO ONE in my family is like that. And, I had lunch today w/ my partner who is thin and in shape, but she watches EVERY thing she eats. I've never seen her finish ANYTHING. She rarely eats sweets or junk. She works out everyday. Then I realize that most people who are thin have to work at it to stay that way. And, even if I was thin naturally, I'd need to watch my diet to stay healthy and watch cholesterol and all that stuff. So, the fact is eating healthy and staying healthy takes effort no matter your size. Wow, what an epiphany for me.

I feel your pain :) The coworker that sits next to me is super thin and eats like a lumberjack. There is no justice :p
