Well, so far I have stuck to my plan. Worked out 40 min, ate a sensible breakfast. Now my plan is to drink large glass of water and snack on a few nuts prior to the big meal. Hoping this will keep me from being overly hungry and better able to control myself. Make healthy choices and eat those yummy diet busters in small amounts. Will check in later on how the rest of the day goes.
I quess it is a good idea to go through the list of things I am grateful for. I am grateful for my kids, husband and career. Wonderful friends and family. I am truly more blessed than I ever dreamed I would be years ago. When I was in college and just starting to think of what my life would be, I had no idea that this is where I would be. Some of my ideas were right, some things I never achieved and somethings came as surprises and were the best things ever. I am thankful for the fact that I have so much love in my life. No matter what life throws at me, I am convinced I can get through it and when things are going great, i have people to share it with. Can't get much better than that.
