Hey everyone how's it going? I am feeling pretty good I am down to 220 which means I have lost 12lbs now! Last week I was not feeling well so did not record much, but hardly ate anything! Today I woke up at 7:30am, got dressed & went for a walk. Only walked a mile but it is a start, didn't want to over do the first time & having just been not feeling well!! Pray I can keep going now! I know I would see more results if I got out & walked everyday but it never seems to work out! Love ...Wednesday, June 20th 2007
Well this week's weigh in has got me motivated to try harder!! I was so excited to see a loss of 3lbs! Was going to walk Monday but of course we had thunderstorms all night! Yesterday my knee was hurting for some reason! But today I have already did some of my therapy exercises for my back & some leg lifts!! And I am planning on walking this evening if it is not to hot as I only have one daycare kid so can put her in the stroller & go!! Well I just did my weigh in & I am happy I have lost 3 lbs since last week!! And also lost inches off my body! So I am happy about that, but I would like to see more coming off! I need to get motivated to go for walks & do some exercising! I am thinking of getting a membership at the place in town so I can walk even when it is raining!! Well today was my weigh in day....I did not do real well this past couple weeks!! This past week I gained weight, I think it could be water weight as I lost inches & also was moving around a lot this past weekend! I am not going to record food for the weekend as we were at a grad party & I have no idea what everything contained that I ate! I was however a good girl & didn't eat a lot of fattening foods! I have been busy & not feeling well as my back was hurting real bad! But got it fixed yesterday & I was able to get some sleep last night so feeling better today! My dieting is going okay! I am not doing bad with my eating but just can't seem to find the time or energy to exercise! I really need to do that as I know it would help the weight go faster!
