Yesterday was a very weird day. The day started out great; I was excited, on track, well rested, happy and felt all around positive until one 40 minute work phone call changed my entire demeanor.
I was on the phone with a co-worker (who is also the bosss 25yr old child) who was upset about why certain customers couldnt see the current information on our website and was blaming our hosting company. I tried to explain how it all works and that it could be those particular customers brow...

So much for getting out of the office on time yesterday, I couldnt leave until 7:45pm and was NOT prepared with enough food to have stayed this late so I kept drinking water in hopes of warding off hunger pains.
I havent stayed that late in a few weeks and honestly, I dont know how or why I used to
I couldnt wait to get out last night. I was so hungry and contemplating what I was going to eat for dinner in terms of my caloric needs.
On the way home I stopped at the market for a rot...

Usually Mondays are very rough on me; this morning was very different, I woke up full of energy and no major issues at work either (knock on wood). Something definitely changed or clicked this weekend and I feel different good different. The scale is up another 4oz but I still think it is water weight because my water intake has been lower than usual and I usually do retain water. I just dont care I mean I CARE but Im choosing not to obsess about it or let it upset me, it will come back ...They're Back...

Up early due to some rude people outside fighting and screaming at each other....
I guess that's what I get for sleeping with the windows open. Not a common occurrence here (screaming) so either someone from down the road or tourists... Tis is the season. 
I fully realize my area is dependent on tourists for economic stability but they seem to come in like an angry swarm if bees, filling the streets, even creating traffic on our back roads and just in general MOST just seem so rude anymore...

Happy 1st Day of Summer Everyone! Things are turning around slowly but surely. Because the Dr appt was Thursday my usual training session with Elle was moved to yesterday, Normally I like the training days 2 days apart, not sure why but I feel a little weaker on the third day. To my suprise everything went very well!I've wrote before about my bad knees and limitations because of them but yesterday I was able to do a wall squat and hold it for a FULL minute with good form!
