Happy hump day! I feel changes happening within my body even though I don't exactly see what I'm feeling yet. I had training with Elle last night and of course she whipped my butt; as expected. I really feel the muscles this morning but not in a sore way, it's more like they have awaken from a deep sleep... it feels really good.I'm so happy with the results so far I've asked for only gift certificates to the gym for Christmas so I can use them to buy Traing sessios. I went shopping last night for long workout pants and I fit into a size MEDIUM!!! I can't tell you how fantastic that felt!
Tonight is training and I am so excited!I just feel good, healthier and younger...its a great feeling.
I have to get ready for work but here's a positive bit for you that is so true...

Oh happy Monday, everything at work is down but is being worked on so we are all just catching up on filing and other manual tasks. The town that I work in has the worst power issues I've ever seen! I'm thankful to have a good job but I hate being on call 24/7/365 without real compensation...I am just so tired of giving up time with my family. Once again there are issues (yesterday and now today) and I am expected to drop everything and go to the office fix it. Things are starting to look up but there is still a long road ahead and we have a house guest.
