I didn't train last night because something came up and I had to take today off, so I worked late but I did get a workout at work....I carried 33, 27 inch monitors down I to the basement at work to be distributed later...that's 66 flights of steps! I'm still hanging in at 177.1 lbs, just 2oz away from the 176's OMG! I can't believe how much My body has changed since June when I started training with Elle, she have given me back quality of life by showing me how to take control, modify and moderation of both my diet and exercise.

I didn't weigh this morning, I was feeling so good about finally breaking my plateu and hitting 177.1 that I decided to enjoy it today just in case I was back in the 178's. So maybe I'll weigh tomorrow, maybe I won't. I have training tonight and I'm preparing mentally to get my a$$ kicked by Elle. The hour sessions are starting to fly by, she said that means it's too easy and laughed a little devilish laugh...oh it's gonna hurt I know it! I'll be better for it but I'm a little afraid lol.

It's Monday morning, a new day, a new month and only 23 more days until Christmas....where did this year go?
I haven't logged calories in a few months but I have been eating the same as I was when I was making my target calories and logging daily and I'm loosing slower but not really gaining (maybe a few ounces here are there, then loosing it again).
