My Grandson slept over last night so in case the roads were bad this morning his Daddy wouldn't have to worry about driving with him this morning.he was ready for sleep before his Mommy and Daddy were ready to leave, I laid him down and he curled up with his blanket and was out within 5 minutes. He slept through the night which apparently he doesn't do for them. He woke up at 5:30 am wet and thirsty and then ate a little yogurt and wanted to go back to sleep...he's been Sleeping for the past 45 ...Missing Mommy :(

I had a dream about Mom last night, I don't remember much of it but I woke us feeling like I had spent time with her, it felt real, I just wish I could remember the details ...I just really have this feeling of love; the feeling I always had in my heart whenever we were together. Just got home from getting my hair done, the works; TU, foils, deep keratin conditioning treatment, brow darkening, brow and lip wax, and a haircut with blowout. Thank goodness for Christmas gift certificates! LOLI feel like a new woman! I have a little extra bounce in my step tonight. :-)
Im excited about training tomorrow, but mostly because I don't want to be alone in my head tomorrow...it's one year since Mom passed.

Sleep was horrible due to pain in the right shoulder, I think I may have barometer bones. No amount of Advil helped and now I'm wide awake jet so very tired. I have 30 mins before I have to get up but can't go back to sleep because my husband is sick and I can hear him sneezing and coughing, so I came downstairs to the couch but the cats are stirring and I can hear all the vehicles going by outside, I would imagine I could hear water dripping from a faucet too right about now just because I so b...Monday, January 19th 2015
Well...up again It's my own doing, I didn't drink enough water yesterday and had fake (baked) fried chicken thighs with french fries for dinner; I know it was bad but I was craving fried chicken and it was the lesser of the two evils and yes I could have and should have passed on the fries. So today I have to do better and I will. I'm not stressing about this, I will just have to put in the work to correct my error in judgement and actions.
