It's 10:30pm, can't sleep, in pain...woke up with severe pain running along the inner and outer sides of my left knee. I was fine when I went to bed last night, not sure what I did in my sleep but Ive been limping all day and it's quite painful. I will give until Saturday and then make an appointment for the afternoon with my Chiropractor; hopefully it's just a pinched nerve.

Weighed in at 173 even today! Didn't train because of the knee issue but I had a lot of errands that needed done so...

It's happening, I'm loosing again...weighed in at 173.9 this morning!:rock1::rock1::rock1::rock1: I'm so glad because I have a weigh-in/measure tonight with Elle and I'm hoping to be down by at least 3 more inches.

I went shopping this weekend and bought a couple of sweater dresses...yes the girl who hates dresses bought dresses. They are my cheat, wear with leggings and boots and I don't feel like I'm wearing a dress. I was cracking up because I'm seeing things from my teenage years (80's) coming back and can'...

Good morning! I made scallop scampi for dinner last night, reducing the fat and clories by using only 1 tbs of butter, garlic (and the garlic juice) with pulp free Orange juice, yielding 6 servings. Scallops are surprisingly low in both calories and sodium; I also made a garden salad with a vinaigrette dressing and 5 crunchy croutons. It was delicious and I didn't feel like I was missing a thing. My husband didn't even notice it was "modified", he had two helpings...so that makes it h...

It happened...I broke 175! My weigh in this morning revealed 174.7....I am so happy! So that means my plan of action is working, I didn't make the gym this week but I was spot on with my calories, made 99% good food choices, drank an extra 20oz of water than usual and I've been loosing over the past few days. It just goes to show the statement made by one of the Biggest Looser contestants "you can't out exercise a bad diet", is so true.

I'm so happy it's Friday! This week has been so hard, lots going on in my personal life and the crazy is picking back up at work. I have to accept that most things, things that I am not solely responsible for or that belong to others, are out of my control and just have to wait and see what happens but that is the hardest thing to do.
