Just got home from getting my hair done, the works; TU, foils, deep keratin conditioning treatment, brow darkening, brow and lip wax, and a haircut with blowout. Thank goodness for Christmas gift certificates! LOLI feel like a new woman! I have a little extra bounce in my step tonight. :-)
Im excited about training tomorrow, but mostly because I don't want to be alone in my head tomorrow...it's one year since Mom passed.

Sleep was horrible due to pain in the right shoulder, I think I may have barometer bones. No amount of Advil helped and now I'm wide awake jet so very tired. Well...up again It's my own doing, I didn't drink enough water yesterday and had fake (baked) fried chicken thighs with french fries for dinner; I know it was bad but I was craving fried chicken and it was the lesser of the two evils and yes I could have and should have passed on the fries. So today I have to do better and I will. I'm not stressing about this, I will just have to put in the work to correct my error in judgement and actions. It's Sunday, it's damp and gray outside but the wood stove is making the house warm and cozy...so perfect for a Sunday. I really enjoy our wood stove, the warmth, the fragrance of the wood, the crackling and popping sounds mixed with the roar of the fire is so comforting and reminds me of Moms house as a kid. We used to come in from sledding or iceskating from the lake down the sreet, Dad always had a fire going, we would come home and warm ourselves in front of the fire, Mom would make us homem...Getting back on track

Happy Saturday to all! It was such a tough week in every area of my life and I guess I'm just getting better at recognizing when I'm giving in to my triggers. I was bad yesterday, I was at one of our other offices , they had mega boxes of Harry & David truffles, chocolate covered pretzels, cookies, etc. I found myself eating the goods as if on auto pilot and during the ride back to my office thought about why I did that knowing the sugar would affect my hypoglycemia, I would surely crash lat...
