Yesterday was a rough day, I eneded up eating lunch at a diner yesterday and while I thought I was being good I was soooo wrong. When I got back to my phone I pulled up estimated info regarding my egg, toast and home fries lunch and WHOA!!! I immediately took to drinking water due to the high sodium level and thank goodness I did because unt sodium was close to 1900 yesterday and I'm still at the same weight this morning....whew! I did it! I'm back to 177.7 lbs, the weight I was before all the Christmas chocolate temptations that I eventually gave into them. I now have a new starting point and I'm going to make 2015 count!On another note...I know I blog and have a degree of privacy with my thoughts but I also have a filter in my mind before I post, not true for Facebook users in my family. I'm not even on Facebook and somehow they are trying to suck me into their silly highschool dramas.

I can't believe its the 13th already...in ten short days it will be a year since Mom passed. I think about her everyday, draw strength from her everyday. Things have changed and we struggled so much since she left but I think she would be proud of us all in the end. My sisters and I have become the problem solvers, sought for advice, and my one sister has become the main peace keeper, I'm second in line and out eldest sister is 3rd in line when she's not unintentionally stirring the pot LOL. This weekend I took the Grandbaby to a family party and I had to carry him down a flight of stairs into the family room but I did it! I used to be terrified that I would fall down steps myself because of the pain in my knees and not only did I not have to go down sideways but I carried h up and down several times during the party with confidence. We had a great time last night and ended up keeping my Grandson overnight. He woke up at 4:30am screaming cause he was wet but after I changed him he was having screaming fits like night terrors or maybe growing pains; he would stretch out, arch his back and scream but not actually wake up, so from 4:30 -7 am I didn't sleep.
