I made it through Halloween with minimal damage! I had a few, ok more than a few fun size pieces of chocolate but I wAs VERY GOOD with my food for the day. Easter and Halloween are the most challenging of holidays for me because I'm a sweets person, more specifically a chocolate person, I LOVE CHOCOLATE!!!!

Good morning all! I'm feeling better today with the exception of some pain in the left ear so I may be back at the doctor this week. The Grandbaby is also doing much better.

Yesterday was a difficult day, I was a bit down and stressed by every aspect of my life but I made conscious decisions regarding food and did really well. I'm feeling a little worse today, almost like something is settling back into my chest...I will need to go back to the doctor. I just want to feel better, healthy.

I'm down one of the two pounds I gained after eating the ribs and I actually felt like my muscular mass is stronger today. I know it's weird cause I haven't been to the gym in two weeks but as I stepped on the scale this am I felt like things weren't jiggling, everything seemed to be somewhat pulled in. Ok I don't normally get excited about food, funny cause I was sooooo overweight but yet I ate just to eat because if not our bodies die, not to enjoy or savor. I am so disappointed, I just spent the last 25 minutes writing my blog and the site froze and all was lost! The words and emotions were raw and flowing without thought, so fluid, so primal, so in touch and it's all gone.
