It's Friday! I go for my abdominal X-ray today, still trying to schedule the MRI of my spine, I may have to change facilities. Had the grand baby last night for a few hours, he's always great to wash away anything negative, he is a ray of sunshine for me.
Work is crazy, a lot of internal changes keeping me busy and pulled off if larger projects. I didn't meet my deadline with the major project, I haven't even started it yet but the partners keep assigning "priority #1" pet projec...

Morning all! I'm in the ER with my father-in-law waiting for him to get back from X-ray, he has severe pain and can't urinate, maybe a kidney stone, prostate, bladder or kidney infection and ruling out obstruction. He's a tough older guy, handicapped, amputee and riddled with rheumatoid arthritis to the point it's deformed his hands, arms and remaining foot. I hope it's nothin more than an infection.
As for me my weight is back up to 199 and I'm not surprised I was very bad yesterday; I ma...
