Good morning
Every so often I take a selfie to compare to my 5/4/14 starting point to SEE progress. Sunday My husband and I went to Atlantic City to see a show so I was wearing makeup, had my hair done and figured Selfie time. When I put the two pics side by side I was shocked by what a difference 17 lbs (I had lost 5 lbs before starting CK) made in my face, so I decided to share; maybe it will inspire/encourage someone else. Date night a success

Happy Monday to all! Last night was date night, my husband and I went to see Jeff Dunham last night at the Borgata in Atlantic City, the show was fantastically hilarious!!! Our seats were great, floor section, center stage 14 rows back, seats 11&12. After the show we stopped by the casino floor and plyed the slots, my husband played $25 (lost it all), I played $5, then played off my winnings, eventually leaving $35.50 ahead, so we were actually up $10 when we left. I love Sunday mornings
Its quiet and calm in my house right now, just me and two of my three cats are awake, the aroma of fresh ground coffee brewing is filling my kitchen. I'm enjoying the quiet, listening to the background of the window fan humming and vehicles whooshing by...it is so calming. Soon my husband will be up, we'll sip coffee and read the paper while watching a tv program that is short stories of news, current events and history. Good morning. It's 6:30 am and I've been wide awake for a while now, beating the alarm, My oldest is dropping off my grandson in about 45 minutes, can't wait, I miss him. Maybe we will go to the lake or the kids bay today...I dont go "in" so we'll just be wetting our toes and experiencing something new for him.

Today is an awesome day! Twenty-two years ago today I met the love of my life; my husband, it was like I knew him forever. We talked all through the night into the early hours of the following day.
