So its the beginning of a new week and I am determined to eat my fruits this week. I will have to work on getting more veggies in next week. So far today I have had half of a large banana and I am munching on some cantaloupe while I work. I think it is going to have to be "mindless" eating of fruit in order for me to actually get it in because eating fruit just isn't something I think about. It's not that I don't like fruit- it is just fine but I don't think about eating it and I have never made it part of my grocery list at all. It is rather expensive too

but it appears that I am going to have to make this a weekly thing and part of my grocery budget.
I am hoping that snacking on it throughout the day as I plan to do will help with curbing my appetite but it seems funny to be eating this right now when I am not hungry. In fact I am starting to feel stuffed... and I know that's a good thing.
Officially 252 today and I feel good about that... so that is a total lost of 10 pounds in 8 weeks. Not quite 2 pounds a week. Only about 1.25 pounds per week and I did go up and gain about 4 pounds back around week 4. I just went off my cycle on sunday officially so I am still hoping that I will lose another pound or two when the fluid subsides that I get from my cycle.
So off to another glorious day of eating right and losing weight!
Evening Blog:
I did spectacular today! I am sooooooooo proud of myself! Finally a day that I stayed under my calories and I ate fruit! I met my goal for today for sure. The fruit helped supplement my breakfast so I didn't over eat during the day or when I got home. I even have room left for a bit of ice cream for dessert!
