Okay so today... not as good as yesterday... but one thing I am going to do different is just eat sensibly the rest of the day... I am eating some beefy noodle soup now. Its like chicken but with beef strips instead. I panicked at first this morning... but I called my dietician who told me to just get back on track. she sees a really sporadic eating habit that i have... some days I eat below 1000 calories and other days I eat in excess of my calorie range. So she said its a pattern that I have been consistent on each week... really low days and really high days then one or two days that I do really well... so now that I realize it... I have something to focus on for change.

Thought I'd pop over here to your blog and "officially" say hello
:hi: off the forums! I love it when someone new really 'gets into' the site! I've only been here a little over a year.... been in maintenance since January, but it is SOOOOOO cool to watch/get to know people as they go through the same learning & losing process that I did.
