but it was with a lot of fat and in the end I had a sugary drink.
I am learning from everythign I do though. so no regrets... I can increase my breakfast as well as my lunch and I need to get two snacks in. I use to stock up on snacks and then I just sorta stopped recently.
I go to weigh in tomorrow but i am going in the evening instead of the morning... I hate that because I am certainly going to be up higher than I would be in the morning.
I am bloated for some reason... I started feeling gassey when I got home... everything i eat or drink is just sitting on my stomach.. its like its not even digesting... i feel miserable. I took four mylanta but so far they haven't done any good.
Financially...
I feel like i Have made such a huge breakthru. I think I am going to use the 60% solution to my budget... it allows for every area of your budget to be accounted for and it takes the guess work out of how much I should apply to each category. I ponder a lot of my budget and the best way to do it. But either way I am taking control of my money and that feels great. If anyone that reads my blogs is ever interested in knowing more about Dave Ramsey please take the time to visit his website at DaveRamsey.com. I do apply more than one budgeting tool but my problem is often knowing how to apply my income to bills and debt. By using the 60% solution as well as using the Debt Snowball plan it gives me a better visual for the future. The 60% solution says to apply 10% of my income to debt. and then the software I have for dave ramsey divides that 10% up over all my bills and tells me exactly what to pay each month and gives me a payoff date for each individual bill. It makes you really work hard on changing your destiny. There are other steps to getting there first and there is a plan for that too... but if I type all of that up it will be another long blog.
