Okay, so I fell off the earth a bit there. Had a tough week starting with last Thursday...

That I blog when I have some success TOO! Down to 247 !!
I feel so good! I even got on the scale at work (which is a bad habit of mines, from some dumb reason I just like to see what it says with my clothes on when I arrive at work- dunno what purpose it serves at all :afraid2:) and it said 250.1! It NEVER says anything less than 254 at work so for it to say 250.1 with all my clothes on it just makes me =D! I can't WAIT until the day that I can slide that big black marker starting weight mar...

Wolfena.

I want a freaking cheeseburger so dangnabit bad right now. I am so hungry but none of this healthy crap I have in the house is calling me at all.
I'd rather starve then eat another bag of lettuce. I am under my fat grams but I am also under my calories. I just want a freaking burger or something that isn't lowfat.

I am just venting. Not much more I can say. Just trying to keep my final goal in mind.

Surprised...

At how tuff it is to really stay under or at 50 grams of fat per day. No wonder I was so fat. Goodness. It takes such careful planning to be sure to stay under. How do other people eat burgers and fries and such and not have to worry about this?? Confusing. At this point I can't even THINK about eating a cheeseburger. DH offered to get me a Wendy's Cheeseburger last night because I found that i was still hungry late at night. I tried to fight it with all my might but I ended up eating so...

So Far So good...

I am proud so far of today... I have decided to break my fat grams down into 15 gram increments per meal. So by focusing on that it is making a HUGE difference in my selections. I am excited to see the changes once they begin to take effect, but I know I need at least two weeks of consistently eating correctly to see a difference. Who knows- I might get close to my thanksgiving goal after all.
I pulled my CK book back out to have it at my side instead of logging what i eat after the fact....
