That I blog when I have some success TOO! Down to 247 !!
I feel so good! I even got on the scale at work (which is a bad habit of mines, from some dumb reason I just like to see what it says with my clothes on when I arrive at work- dunno what purpose it serves at all :afraid2:) and it said 250.1! It NEVER says anything less than 254 at work so for it to say 250.1 with all my clothes on it just makes me =D! I can't WAIT until the day that I can slide that big black marker starting weight marker below 250! I thought just maybe I could do it today but it still teeter a little past the 250 mark.

I feel so happy! I gotta keep it up! I can't celebrate with food! which is what I have done in the past and I saw myself doing the exact same stupid thing today. But I was back on track for dinner and tomorrow I am going to try Raisin Bran again for breakfast and add some fruit and some yogurt as fillers.

I think I am finally doing this and I am on my way to a serious pathway of success!

In other news... I am applying for a new position at work. It seems like an impossible thing to try but God has given me the go ahead to go for it! he is lining so much up to give me favor. I have three letters of recommendation coming, an appointment scheduled with the Area Vice President to discuss my career goals and the approval of my manager to go for it. I feel like I can get this JOB! God sent me three different confirmations that I should step out and do this. First I got this email that was telling me about doing things with courage and no fear and that HE is with me in all that I do. ( I will post a copy of it tomorrow when I get to work). Then I got a phone call out the blue from a church member that said she was reading and praying and my name popped into her mind and she was led to tell me to read Joshua 1:9

Passage Joshua 1:9:
9 This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

And this passage lined up with the random email I received! You will see tomorrow! and the third confirmation was from my current boss! I had some trouble adjusting when I first relocated here. My first two years I didn't get good reviews. I asked him how this year was and should I even bother to apply if my reviews were going to hold me back. He did two different things in one sentence. He told me that I should go for it and that he would have called me in his office and told me not to apply if it was going to be a waste of time OR if I was going to get a bad review for this past year. He told me everything is great and that my rating at this point was an achieves and could be even higher! so it relieved the whole stress of waiting until review time next year and wondering if things were finally better.

From there things just started lining up. I got an offer from a manger that I work for to put some phone calls in for me and suggestions for my meeting with the AVP and he said he is writing me a letter too!
OHHH and my phone call from the church member also told me to meditate on what i want to be- day and night and to stay in God's word and to write it out what i wanted to be!

I feel sooo good... I am excited. I really believe I will get this job. Getting this job is a huge deal. If I get it- I will get to go back home too! the company relocation package woudl cover expenses and I would still have an excellent job and a challenging new career ahead of me!

I am so excited...

If anyone is good with resumes I could use some help =D but I believe God will guide me on that too.

To HIM all the Glory will be Given!
