finally down

Well I am finally down to 249 and people are noticing my weight loss. It's mainly because of my clothes, they are noticeable looser. Especially in the waist, thighs and butt. I have on a pair of pants today that previously were so skin tight that I stopped wearing them. Now they fit great and aren't hugging any part of my body.
I feel good... just gotta keep it going.

Made it ...

Somehow I made it through yesterday without eating the bojangles... but it wasn't through my own willpower. Me and hubby had a horrific fight and I ended up not eating anything but an orange. And then because I was so upset and crying I threw everything up. I had been feeling ill all day, bad headache and dizzy and then the argument didn't help at all. I tried... but it ain't gonna work

I tried to do the first phase of the Fat Smash diet today but its not working for me. I have a bad headache and I am literally hungry. I think I simply didn't eat enough fruits and veggies and stuff. I don't think its an impossible plan... i think I personally just didn't do it well.
I was fine after eating oatmeal for breakfast. I was actually stuffed... but I think I messed up when I didn't eat again until 12:00. By then I really didn't have much willpower to continue eating just frui...

Still Trucking

Okay so today... not as good as yesterday... but one thing I am going to do different is just eat sensibly the rest of the day... I am eating some beefy noodle soup now. Its like chicken but with beef strips instead. I panicked at first this morning... but I called my dietician who told me to just get back on track. she sees a really sporadic eating habit that i have... some days I eat below 1000 calories and other days I eat in excess of my calorie range. New Day... New Resolve

So its the beginning of a new week and I am determined to eat my fruits this week. I will have to work on getting more veggies in next week. So far today I have had half of a large banana and I am munching on some cantaloupe while I work.
