I am so over-eating today... and it's only nine a.m.! I have to STOP! I have so much to do that it is making me anxious which leads me to shovel food into my mouth.
Thankfully I am at work now and I brought nothing with for snack and I have no vehicle today as it is in for an alignment. Lucky for me McDonald's doesn't deliver!Wednesday, July 16th 2008
So I did not use the Hershey Kiss method last night. I forgot to pick them up. But I did have a Hershey's Dark Chocolate bar. So I had half of that right after dinner. It seemed to have worked. I got a little sweetness and was satisfied. Granted a Hershey bar and a Hershey kiss have a lot different calorie content, I still did not over-indulge later on junk. That's a plus. So, I just got back from the dietician. I have officially lost a total of 20 pounds since I started seeing her in April. That's 5 pounds a month, average. We discussed my bad night eating habits and decided that a "you are done eating" cue is in order. Sooo on my way home from work tonight I am stopping and picking up Hershey's kisses. So I go to the nutritionist again tomorrow. I still need to lose three pounds to reach my goal of 190 when I see her. I started the weekend out great with high hopes of making them disappear and then Sunday came! We decided to go to Sam's Club and pick up the majority of groceries for the lake next week. The kids were hungry so we thought we'd grab lunch. Decided that Red Lobster would be a good choice so I could have fish, seafood, something with lower calories. Then the biscuits came. I got up this morning and made pancakes for the kids. I only had one and it was a normal size pancake. Normally, I could eat two or three pancakes and I actually had the good sense to only eat one! Unbelieveable! It's a great start to the day to when I can pass up a second homemade chocolate chip pancake!
