Well, I weighed in today. I only lost one pound. I guess that's not bad as it was a holiday week with lots and lots of temptations. Some of which made their way to my hips. I did up my exercise to help counter act those extra calories and am back on track as of yesterday. It's really hard to pass up those sweets though. I see the nutritionist a week from today. My goal is to be 290 or less. I have lost three pounds so far and am still 4 away from that goal. I have a lot of work cut out for me this week. My motivation level is pretty high right now. I don't want to get "the lecture" next week. I think that alone will help keep me motivated!
Ten days to vacation! Eleven days to the Lake!

Congratulations on your weight loss!! I've learned to celebrate my workout ethic and my change in shape as I haven't seen the scale budge in 3 weeks. Keep up your exercise and soon you will see that you won't crave sweets as much before.
