So, I just got back from the dietician. I have officially lost a total of 20 pounds since I started seeing her in April. That's 5 pounds a month, average. We discussed my bad night eating habits and decided that a "you are done eating" cue is in order. Sooo on my way home from work tonight I am stopping and picking up Hershey's kisses. I am going to place one (AND ONLY ONE) on my dinner plate each and every night. When I am done with my meal I am going to eat one (AND ONLY ONE) Hershey's kiss. I am going to train my body to know that when I eat that kiss (or other small chocolate treat of my choice) I am done eating. Period! End of discussion! No more food! That's the plan anyway. My other thought is that maybe 1/2 to an hour after my dinner I could have a fudge pop. They are only about 80-100 calories and I love them. Plus, there is a definate end to them. Once you reach the stick, you are done! I am first going to give the hershey kiss a shot.
I may be losing slowly, but I have greatly improved my health and stamina. My blood pressure is 110/70, the lowest it has EVER been and I can walk for longer than I could have a month ago. I have lost an inch on my upper arm and an inch on my thigh and an inch+ on my chest, waist and hips. Maybe not huge numbers but they are phenomenal to me!
I ROCK!

I think that is GREAT progress and you DO rock. I love the Hershey's Kiss Idea. Was the dietician impressed?
