So, I have no idea what my weight is right now as I have done absolutely nothing the last month.

I made a sign for my fridge last night on neon orange card stock in giant black letters. It says NO SECONDS then NO EATING AFTER EIGHT and finally DRINK MORE WATER. My kids wanted to know who put it up. And why can't they eat after Eight? I told them it was not for them, but for me. They gave me that knowing look and shook their heads up and done while saying Oooohhhhh.

I also dumped my Snap Fitness membership today and joined the Y. The Y has a pool and I LOVE to swim and it's something I can do with the kids. They also have classes in the early mornings which I am fairly excited to try out. I say fairly because the one I really want to do is at 5:30 a.m. and I normally don't get up until 7.

After not doing anything for a month, it's tough to get motivated again. I keep saying I am going to do something and get strict with the calories again and then day after day I blow it off. I have decided I need to get back into Blogging, MOVE, and count calories again. It honestly works, it just sucks to start again. I do great when I get into it, but if something happens (hand surgery) it just blows everything apart and then it's like starting over again....yuck!
