So I actually weighed in twice today. Once at home (284) and once at the gym (288). Either way I have lost weight! I have definately gotten into a routine again. Shake in the morning, gym at lunch, fruit and/or salad after the gym, and a reasonable dinner. NO SNACKING AFTER EIGHT! Seems to be working.Tuesday, September 16th 2008

So, I am slowly getting back into the groove of going to the gym. Last week I was there twice. This week I have been there twice and I plan on going at lunch to walk. My biggest challenge is finding the time to get there. I always feel rushed when I go at lunch, but most days that's about the only time I have with the kids back in school, the mornings are rushed. then after school there is football practice which means picking someone up. Then there's confirmation and dance. My goal is th...
