So, I am slowly getting back into the groove of going to the gym. Last week I was there twice. This week I have been there twice and I plan on going at lunch to walk. My biggest challenge is finding the time to get there. I always feel rushed when I go at lunch, but most days that's about the only time I have with the kids back in school, the mornings are rushed. then after school there is football practice which means picking someone up. Then there's confirmation and dance. My goal is that while the kids are at confirmation (Wednesdays) and dance (Thursdays) I can get to the gym and at LEAST walk. The gym is only a couple blocks from both the church and dance class. Even if it's only for half an hour, it's twice a week right?

My eating really sucks though. I did okay yesterday, I had way too many muffins in the morning though. They are my favorite and seem so small! Yet, so deadly! And I really didn't have fried chicken for supper , I just picked the one closest to the calories in my stuffed chicken breast (220). So my food diary is a little deceiving.

I'm trying though. It just takes sooooo much time!
