So, I weighed in a day late, but I lost 4 lbs! Yippee. I still eat terribly, but am back on track in the exercise department.
Yesterday instead of doing laps in the pool at lunch I worked the machines. Boy, I am sore today. Not too bad, but I have definately lost the stamina and strength I had in July.
All in all I am happy with this weeks results.

Sounds like you are doing well with exercise. Now to tackle your eating patterns. Keep up the good work!
