So I actually weighed in twice today. Once at home (284) and once at the gym (288). Either way I have lost weight! I have definately gotten into a routine again. Shake in the morning, gym at lunch, fruit and/or salad after the gym, and a reasonable dinner. NO SNACKING AFTER EIGHT! Seems to be working.

I went with my mom at lunch today and we did some machines for about twenty minutes. I am picking up my son from football practice after work and they he wants to go and do some weight training with me (he's 12 and has taken a class at the Y showing the proper way to lift and has his own personal program from the trainer) I figured, what they heck, he'll have fun teaching ME something for once and I can use all the support I can get. Then tomorrow I will go with my mom and lunch again and then when my son is at confirmation my daughter (she's 10) and I go and walk the track at the Y. It's above the gym so she walks/runs awhile and then shoots hoops while I finish. She yells at me to run or walk faster or come shoot with me. It's kinda fun. I shoot with her a little when I'm done too. She's pretty good motivation!

One more week and I see the dietician again. I wonder what her scale will say?

Great job! My oldest son is 12 too, they seem to have tons of energy and can really get you moving!
