After watching the Biggest Loser - season 4 Marathon this weekend I am going to try to take a stand against my eating habits. Basically they suck and there is no reason that I should continue to let it. Yesterday I dropped the kids off at Sunday School and then walked for 35 minutes. Then I went to church, stopped at Wal Mart and went home. That's when the trouble started.... food food and more food. I hate weekends! So, I sucked it up and walked for another 45 minutes.
Today I am counting calories and I swam laps during lunch, so off to a better start. I just seem to run out of time to plan ahead for meals and what not. Now that my son's football is over I will definately have more time to do that!

Planning ahead for meals is a positive. Exercise is a positive. You can do this Tammy. This is probably one of the hardest things you'll ever do! I tell everyone...childbirth is easier than losing weight! You just need to take a step back, look at your schedule for the week, figure where you can fit in exercise, plan some meals ahead of time...be prepared because our lives come at us full speed! Swimming laps is awesome! Great choice! I am a huge biggest loser fan...listen to what those trainers tell the contestents...they don't make those big bucks for nothing!! I learn something new each episode. Hang in there...this is a long process, be patient.
