I was VERY sluggish today. Just couldn't get up enough energy to much of anything. I did, however, want to make sure I got in my exercise, so I did make my exercise goal. My weekends are usually quite busy so I know I don't have too much time to exercise then, so we wwim Mon-Thurs, 40 mins. each evening. I didn't even want to do that. I'm going to chalk it up to pending ovulation. Since we're trying to conceive, I keep pretty good track of my cycles and I feel that I had a hormonal shift today.
I was pretty good on food, and I think my ratio of carbs, fats, protein was balanced. I still came in under calories, but I really don't see the point in eating just to be eating. I really wasn't hungry enough. Beginning on Monday, though, I will begin packing in a larger breakfast to compensate for my exercise calories.
I typically write my blog the day after, so this is for the 21st, but it's the 22nd. So far today (22nd), in planning out my meals and snacks, I'm right on track today and I feel good! The scale is giving me funny feedback though, up and down, up and down. And yes, I'm still checking every morning...but I'm going to stop that was well with my next weigh-in. I'll go through withdrawal, I know, but I will not be a slave to the scale

! However, I will be replacing this cheap digital with a real doctor's scale come pay day. I'll also start body measurements as an added measure of my success.
