Today is weigh in day and i lost 3 lbs this week. today is also the last day i weigh every day. from now on i will only weigh on my weigh in day which is friday. i'm walking 5 days per week on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes, i'm drinking tons of water(even forcing myself to when i don't really want any). i don't smoke, don't drink, rarely gamble, i go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6. GOD I'M BORING!!
Does anyone have any cool bad habits they can recommend to me?
Also, amy and i will be going to a nice italian restaurant in Indy this weekend and i'm a little nervous because i don't want to blow it too bad. does anyone have any good tips for trying to keep it healthy?
The place is called Maggiano's if anyone has heard of it.

LOL!! You just described my typical day perfectly. Heck - my typical week. I guess I've lost touch - is that boring? *laugh* ------ As for Maggiano's - I just looked at their menu. GOOD LUCK! It's a typical italian place: pasta, cheese and cream sauces. ------ The only thing I would suggest is to ask if they have protein pasta, or failing that, whole wheat pasta... and go with tomato based sauces instead of cream sauces. Fettucini Alfredo, for example, is one of the absolute worst foods for your body. (Fast burn carbs with fat fat fat) Protein pasta with marinara and lean chicken breast, however is a great dish!

Have a cool bad habit...use elizabethan curse words....'sblood!, zounds! (God's wounds) "I bite my thumb at you" I find it to be fun. good lluck at Italian..there's always lots of salad...you could ask for whole wheat pasta...
I wish I didn't drink...wine is my downfall.

Ohhh Maggiano's is PHENOMENAL! You'll definitely be taking home half your plate -- servings are HUGE. One good recommendation is to start with minestrone soup, eat it slowly, and tell them to take the bread right off the table (maybe after you've had one piece). Drink a glass of water before you get there. I am with you on the once a week on the scale thing, I've just resolved to that today as well! Have fun tonight and congratulations on your loss!!
