ok i backslid a little on super bowl sunday(and it doesn't sound like i'm alone!!
but i'm back to where i was prior, so it was only a little transgression. but i'm really going to test myself tomorrow, because i'm off to LAS VEGAS!! love love love vegas, the wife and i go 2 or 3 times a year, although this trip is just me because it's business. but vegas is all about excess. the food choices are endless, and wonderful!!

well, today is weigh in day and i lost 6 lbs this week!! But let me tell you what a head case i am. i was a little disappointed in the loss! am i insane? 6lbs in a week? i have got to be the single most impatient person on the planet!! who looks at a 6lb loss and asks themselves if they did enough that week to lose? of course i did enough!! probably too much! some people think that is losing too fast, but it's actually relative to how big i am. the bigger you are, the faster you lose. i know as ...Weigh In Day

Today is weigh in day and i lost 3 lbs this week. today is also the last day i weigh every day. from now on i will only weigh on my weigh in day which is friday. i'm walking 5 days per week on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes, i'm drinking tons of water(even forcing myself to when i don't really want any). i don't smoke, don't drink, rarely gamble, i go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6. GOD I'M BORING!!Does anyone have any cool bad habits they can recommend to me?

I don't know if anyone here watched the show Big Medicine on wednesday night, but if you did you saw the story of a lady named Kim Valera who is a school principal in Houston Texas. she has lost a lot of weight and last night the story was about how she had plastic surgery to remove excess skin.
