I weighed 355 last Monday. I am down to 348 this week. I am very happy with that. I just hope to maintain at least a 2-3 lb. per week loss. I did not exercise much this week. I walked for maybe 15 minutes total. But that is 15 more than last week. Thank all of you for your support. I can't wait to see the number next Monday!

Wow! That's a big number for the week! I can't quite make out the number at the top of the chart. What is your calorie goal? And did that come from the calorie king estimator or somewhere else?
