I weighed 355 last Monday. I am down to 348 this week. I am very happy with that. I just hope to maintain at least a 2-3 lb. per week loss. I did not exercise much this week. I walked for maybe 15 minutes total. But that is 15 more than last week. Thank all of you for your support. I can't wait to see the number next Monday!

Black coffee

Decided on nothing in my coffee this morning. Trying to save some calories I use a Senseo (pod type) single-serving coffee "machine". I use to drink coffee black all the time, but some of the coffee I have been drinking lately is too "acidic" by itself. Creamer or honey seems to cut the acid a bit. I have had increased problems with stomach acid over the past couple of years. I either need to find a coffee that is smoother (less acidic), change my creamer/sweeteners, or...

walnuts + oatmeal = yum

FYI - I am not so much concerned about total fat grams as I am saturated fat grams.

Low trans fat and low saturated fat is the goal. The other fats are GOOD for me.
