Yoga was SO rough, but good. I think this is the fattest I've ever been when I tried to go to class, and some of the poses were straight-up bizarre-- my body hurts because I'm packing around all this extra chub, and the stretchy body underneath is screaming to be let out :p. I can't even do rabbit right now-- my boobs are too big, they collapse in on my face and I can't breathe! Going to keep taking it easy in class until this cold is completely cleared up-- had to sit out a couple of poses but ...

miso adventures

so i feel like ass today, having caught my brother's cold just before leaving california.

i'm vegetarian-- i don't do chicken noodle soup. miso, on the other hand, i love. only problem? i've never made it at home before. i was tempted to just cruise over to whole foods to get some of their amazing cream-of whatever soups, but sick or no, i'm still counting calories... so i experimented a bit-- turned out pretty meh.

i think next time i'll use faux-chicken bouillon instead of vegetable ...

right. so after my last blog entry i got crazy strep throat, was out of commission forever, two courses of antibiotics later and i'm back. didn't log anything, still lost some weight, but i'm stepping it up this week-- returning to yoga.

ate pretty good today-- hadn't gone shopping since getting back from my trip home to cali, so i was eating whatever was left-- cheez-its and stuff.

bought some lean cuisine meals to test-drive. had one-- it was okay for a fast portion-controlled meal....

day 1

i've been on a really crazy schedule lately... woke up about 2pm, drank lots of water, showered, and ate some low-fat cottage cheese. i've been running on that until just now-- going to go downstairs and make a delicious and fully amazing salad. will probably eat twice more before i go to bed at 3am or whenever.

no exercise today, tsk tsk... taking a brisk 2.5 miles walk in the park tomorrow morning before class.

i need to keep being my own cheerleader. if i don't believe in me, why sh...
