Ok, yesterday I talked about getting my fiber up to 35 grams per day. I sorely neglected to mention the fact that I should really do this slowly. I'll compare it to not exercising at all and then deciding that today I'm going to run a marathon... not a good plan. So far today I'm only at about 11g of fiber and that's with a concentrated effort. I found a new product today that is pretty tasty to include in my fiber trail mix. It's Kashi Vive
