Time to get back to the world of work. For my group members that are reading this, PLEASE focus on getting in all of your foods, your two protein boosters (e.g. bar/shake) and your water today. AND don't forget to record your foods in Calorie King. I can't help you much if I don't see what you're eating.
Now, I need to practice what I preach. Yesterday I was 300 calories below my target and didn't get in near enough protein! However, I am very proud. We at at Tres Amigos last night for my daughter's 21st birthday. I did NOT have 1 single chip. I had a salad with a sprinkle of oil & vinegar, 1/2 cu black beans and a 1/2 cu charra beans. When everyone else had cake, I had 4 oz of light & fit yogurt with 1 TBS Kashi Vive cereal mixed in.
