Well, the intensive workshop is finished and it's back to real life today. My niece and her family came down from VA and stayed with us Wed evening and Thurs. I had a great time and hope they did too. One of Austin's big attractions is the bat colony under the Congress Ave. bridge. Wed. night we went out for dinner at a place where we could see the bats fly out at dusk. Do you think they came out? I've never known the bats not to come out. Oh well.... no bats. My niece's kids have such great attitudes. Her daughter (age 8) said, "at least we got to see 4 or 5". Yesterday, we went to Schlitterbahn (waterpark) after I got out of my meeting. The weather was incredible. And we had a great time.

Today, it's back to my eating plan! I've been checking into the concept of a "raw foods" approach to eating. I've been having a lot of gastric issues and am thinking if I try to eat more raw foods, maybe some of that will improve. Anyway, I hope y'all are doing well!
