Whew Been a Longggg Time

Ok folks I am so sorry for falling down on the blogging. I had surgery (yes, again.. that makes 2 this year and that's enough), moved, started a new job and started working on my PhD. So, things have been a little crazy in my life. My youngest son is graduating from high school next week and we are all still not settled in our new community yet. Anyway, I've allowed myself to get off of my usual eating plan. That always seems to happen when I have surgery. I let myself eat those NASTY carb...
